Semi Quantitative Fire Risk Assessment
This is a number based fire risk assessment designed for the smaller to medium-sized premises.
The semi-quantitative fire risk assessment will divide each site into assessment areas and then categorise each area into sixteen key fire safety precautions. Included within the assessment we will supply a significant findings report and recommendations summary, hot works permits, arson management policy and assessment methodology with assessment sheets.
Each assessment will be delivered in a presentation sleeve. Furthermore, we are also available for you to contact during working hours, for up to twenty-eight days after receipt of the assessment, for help or advice on your assessment. Within the assessment, we also include an audit price to allow us to return after the main assessment has been completed.
This is to help you through the process of rectifying any highlighted areas. For example:- If it was discovered during the assessment that you do not have emergency lighting after the lighting was installed, you would contact TTSS.
We would then return and amend your assessment.
Please note:- This will not suffice as your main assessment review. To ease the pressure of regularly reviewing your risk assessment, there will be a three visit discounted price structure, which can be either used over the next three years or when you contact TTSS to inform us of any modifications that have been undertaken (as stated with the fire safety legal documentation).
Be-spoke Fire Risk Assessment The Be-spoke assessment covers a larger area by using terminology instead of numbers to specify the findings within the assessment. The fire risk assessment will divide each site into assessment areas and then categorize each area into thirty-two key fire safety precautions.
Included within the assessment we will supply a significant findings report and recommendations summary, hot works permits, arson management policy, assessment methodology with assessment sheets.
